Some vegetables contain items like Zinc and Iron which are good for the body. If you go down the freshly prepared food route however don’t have much experience cooking them, just remember don’t overcook. Foods that are overcooked lose their nutritional value the longer they are cooked so the best way to cook these foods would be to steam them. That way you are cooking them with vapourised air which is the most healthy way to cook.
Finally, there is one food item that you should eat in abundance and that is garlic. No, not for warding off vampires but because of the antibacterial elements contained within the molecular structure which when ingested suppress the growth of yeast. Going through some random food groupings, eat as many green veggies as possible, you can never have enough of those. Meat and red meat in particular are not the best when you have a vaginal yeast infections so you would be best to cut that out. All your other food types, like chicken, turkey, poultry etc, dairy products and fish are all ok for you but don’t overdo them.
